- Leslie S. Mason has been a real estate development lawyer since 1969. And, in keeping with his experiences in both market ups and market downs, he has extensive experience restructuring development projects and protecting the rights of mortgage holders and other creditors in a project context.
- Peter G. Neilson has an active commercial and individual real estate transactions practice, including purchases and sales, corporate acquisitions, commercial leasing, zoning and municipal matters, mortgage financing and remedies, and other transactions. Peter's broad-based experience supports clients in a wide range of activities, from commercial property owners and franchise businesses to not-for-profits and public and private schools.
- Clayton A. Hudson, a senior member of the firm's Business Law Group, spent fifteen years as developer himself, specializing in international real estate projects. Today his corporate law practice includes advising real estate industry players on the corporate law issues in their businesses.
