Condominium Liens Coordinator, (5+ years experience)


Shibley Righton LLP is seeking a Condominium Liens Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be in charge of their own files and can complete a lien from start to finish. There is tremendous potential to learn and grow within the Condominium Group.


The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:


• Extremely detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Takes initiative
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately and effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant and professional disposition with clients
• Ability to work in a large fast paced group
• Teraview experience required
• Real Estate background an asset
• Condo Law experience an asset
• Strong computer skills – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
