Jerry’s practice area centres on Real Estate and personal services (Wills and Estates) including cross-border planning and ancillary applications.

His real-estate practice covers subdivision and condominium development, mortgage remedies, rezoning, land severance and minor variance applications as well as the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, farm and residential properties.  He handles mortgages for all lending institutions including private lenders and is fully knowledgeable in enforcing mortgage default remedies by either foreclosure or Power of Sale.
