Chris is a business lawyer and senior partner with the firm. He assists clients with a wide range of business law matters for small public and owner operated companies including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, succession, venture capital financings, business formation and start-ups. Chris has extensive experience negotiating transactions and numerous forms of agreements including shareholders agreements and resolving shareholder disputes.

Chris recently worked with the Ryerson University Law & Business Clinic providing legal advice to both entrepreneurs and students.
