Shibley Righton is pleased to announce that Victor Yee has joined the firm’s Condominium Law group.

Victor joined the condominium industry in 2008. Prior to joining us, Victor spent more than 10 years at a boutique condominium law firm in Toronto.  Victor has advised hundreds of condominium corporations and unit owners across the province. In his practice Victor draws upon his experiences as the former President of a 1,000+ unit condo in central North York and the President of a 1,000+ unit condo in south Etobicoke to help guide condominium Boards through the ever-evolving challenges of governing a community.

 Victor regularly advises condominium clients on governance and enforcement matters. Victor is often called upon to chair owners meetings, speak at industry events, and present on panels about the latest developments in condominium law. As a litigator, Victor has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, various Small Claims Courts, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Municipal Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. Victor also acts in condominium-related mediations and arbitrations.
