Shibley Righton is pleased to announce that Spencer Hsu has joined the firm’s Windsor office. Spencer practices in the areas of corporate/commercial and estates and trust law.

In his corporate/commercial practice, he has had exposure to a variety of transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions involving professional corporations and heavily regulated health professions. His practice also encompasses business agreements, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and incorporations. 

In his estates and trust practice, he has advised clients both on succession business planning and estate planning for individuals. He has also assisted clients with guardianship applications and navigating the estate administration process.
