Shibley Righton is pleased to announce that Victor J. Wong has joined the firm’s Business law group. Prior to joining Shibley Righton, Victor was part of a well-known full-service boutique law firm in Toronto.

Victor has a broad-based corporate/commercial law practice, having helped buyers and sellers close on a number of mergers and acquisitions, and resolve a range of corporate governance, fundraising, and regulatory compliance issues across different industries.

From startups to established companies, Victor has negotiated a variety of commercial contracts, handled corporate reorganizations, and guided management teams through all facets of employment and commercial leasing matters.

Victor also has a strong background in administrative law, which sets him apart as a lawyer who can guide businesses in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and professional services through licensing and compliance matters at all stages of growth.
