The Ontario Public School Boards’ Association is holding its 25th Annual General Meeting and Program at the Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville on June 6-8, 2013. Sheila MacKinnon, Partner with the Firm, will be speaking on the topic of “Impact on Trustees of Recent Legal Cases on Conflict of Interest and Privacy Law” on June 7th. Paul Howard, also a Partner, will be speaking on the topic of “Update on Current Legal Issues in Education Law” on June 7th. OPSBA represents public district school boards and public school authorities across Ontario, which together serve more than 1.3 million public elementary and secondary students.
