Shibley Righton's Paul Howard to speak at the Canadian School Boards Association 2013 Congress in Vancouver

The Canadian School Boards Association is holding its annual Congress, hosted by the British Columbia School Trustees Association, in Vancouver on July 4-6, 2013. The keynote speaker at this year’s Congress, the theme of which is “Diversity Matters,” is The Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, former Governor General of Canada and current UNESCO Special Envoy for Haiti.
