The Osgoode Professional Development Centre is hosting its 9th Annual Advanced Issues in Special Education Law conference in Toronto on October 20, 2014. Sheila MacKinnon, Partner with the Firm, is speaking on two panel discussions at the conference, including “Managing Injurious Behaviour.” Paul Howard, Managing Partner of the Firm’s Windsor office, has spoken at the conference every year and will be speaking on “Understanding Human Rights Applications and Special Education Tribunal Appeals.” For more information about the conference, click here.
