Meghan is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works in the Condominium Law Group. Meghan completed her undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University and law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. Before joining Shibley Righton LLP, Meghan practiced in the Region of Waterloo at a boutique condominium and land development law firm.


As an experienced condominium lawyer, Meghan has expertly handled a wide variety of condo law and land development matters, including negotiating sub-metering agreements, shared facilities agreements and municipal agreements, solving easement issues and drafting condominium governing documents.


Meghan strives to use her experience to provide timely and practical advice to clients. Meghan works to resolve issues and disputes as efficiently and collaboratively as possible.


Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts and Toronto Raptors games, weightlifting, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
