Dalia Yonadam
Dalia is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Law Group. Prior to joining Shibley Righton LLP, Dalia practiced condominium law for over a decade at a boutique condominium law firm in the GTA. During this time, Dalia practiced in all areas of condominium law including corporate governance and litigation.
Dalia’s practice, and the manner in which she approaches issues, is not only practical and pragmatic, but also analytical and strategic, because to understand corporate governance, it is instrumental to also fully appreciate and understand litigation and the relationship between the two in the condominium law context. It is because of her skills as a litigator and her deep knowledge of condominium law that Dalia understands that each client’s needs are unique and case specific, requiring tactical bespoke services. Dalia is dedicated, attentive, and sensitive to her clients’ goals and the outcomes they hope to achieve.
Dalia has had work published in The Condo Voice and has presented at the ACMO/CCI Condominium Conference and at the Osgoode Professional Development Centre.
