Julia White

Julia is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Law Group. Her practice is focused on solicitor-side, post-development condominium work.

Before joining Shibley Righton LLP, Julia practiced at a boutique condominium law firm in Toronto. She completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa and received her undergraduate degree from McGill University.

Julia aims to provide creative and timely advice to her clients. She provides guidance to condominium corporations and management companies on all matters relating to condominium governance.

Julia helps condominium corporations with the creation, revision, and implementation of corporate documents such as policies, procedures, rules, and by-laws, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements on their behalf. She also provides advice to clients on questions and issues pertaining to the operation and management of their condominium, and assists with administrative and compliance issues as needed.

When she’s not working, you can find Julia at the gym, hanging out with her dog Hugo, or on the rugby pitch!
