Maya Cheaib

Maya Cheaib is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP in the Condominium Law Group, where she focuses on litigation. She also has prior experience in labour and employment law and education law. Her passion for these specialty practices drives her to provide innovative and effective solutions to her clients. She is committed to supporting her clients in navigating the legal landscape, dealing with dispute resolution in all forms, and assisting with policy development, compliance and other issues which arise.

Maya's educational background includes a Juris Doctor in Common Law from the University of Ottawa, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English, Public Law and Urban Policy, and a Master of Arts in Criminology and Legal Studies from the University of Toronto.

Outside of the office, Maya enjoys running, immersing herself in nature, and honing her skills in the art of cake decorating.
