Nasrudin Mumin

Nasrudin Mumin is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Group on litigation matters. Nasrudin is a client-centric condo law lawyer with a focus on providing practical and effective advice to his clients, while providing exceptional service. As a condominium resident himself, Nasrudin understands the issues faced by various stakeholders of the condominium industry.

Prior to joining Shibley Righton, Nasrudin articled and practiced law at a boutique law firm in Ottawa where he gained civil and commercial litigation experience representing both individuals and companies/corporations before various Administrative Tribunals, Ontario Courts, and the Federal Court. For instance, Nasrudin was one of two civil lawyers involved in a successful Federal Court Judicial Review proceeding against Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Nasrudin attended law school at Queen’s University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.

Outside of work, Nasrudin is a proud fan of Toronto sports teams such as the Toronto Raptors, an avid barbeque enthusiast, and is a fan of outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.
