Evan Holt

Evan is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Group. Born and raised in Etobicoke, Evan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo and law degree at Lakehead University. Before joining Shibley Righton LLP, Evan practiced at a boutique condominium and land development law firm in the Region of Waterloo.

Evan works with clients to find effective and practical solutions to a variety of condominium related issues. Evan’s practice includes assisting clients with the enforcement of condominium document provisions, the drafting of shared facilities agreements, and providing opinions and assistance with respect to general condominium governance matters. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums and civil litigation matters and has experience assisting land developers acquire land, register condominium plans, and complete condominium unit sales.

In his spare time, Evan enjoys the company of his family and friends, playing sports, cooking, and running with his dog.
