We are a multi service law firm with offices in Toronto and Windsor and we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Labour Lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Windsor office.

We offer the unique opportunity to work in a collegial, friendly, small firm environment with large firm resources and expertise across a broad spectrum of legal practice.  Our firm has approximately 40 lawyers with 11 currently working from our Windsor Office.

 The ideal candidate should have 10 or more years’ experience in the practice of labour law at a medium to large firm.  Candidates with experience serving public sector clients would be an asset. Excellent advocacy, communication and interpersonal skills and good standing with the LSO are all a must.

 The firm is looking to add a professional and entrepreneurial lawyer to its Labour, Education and Public Law Group to step into and support an established practice and to expand their existing practice in a collaborative work environment.  The lawyer should have a desire to share in our firm’s collegiality and to practice at a rewarding high level.  We are open to discussing an equity or non-equity partnership with the right candidate.
