Toronto condominium lawyer Armand Conant will be part of a panel discussion hosted by the Canadian Condominium Institute (Toronto and Area Chapter), discussing the Ontario government’s recently proposed condo legislation.


The information-packed evening will detail what Bill 106 — Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015 — will mean for condominium owners and for those working in the industry.


Armand will be part of the expert panel that will discuss the five main areas of proposed reform, including: financial management; dispute resolution and the new Condo Authority; consumer protection; governance; and the licensing of condominium property managers;.

The event takes place July 8 from 7 – 10 p.m. at the Courtyard Toronto Downtown, 475 Yonge St.
