Shibley Righton's Armand Conant to discuss Bill 106 at Condominium Conference

Toronto condominium lawyer Armand Conant will share his insights into the latest updates related to Bill 106 at the 19th Annual Condominium Conference later this month.


On Nov. 13 from 9:15 – 10:30 a.m., Conant, partner and head of the Condominium Law Group at Shibley Righton LLP, will join a panel of fellow industry experts to discuss Bill 106 — the proposed amendments to the Condominium Act and the proposed Management Services Act. Panellists will cover topics such as the licensing of condominium managers, mandatory education of directors, built-in protection for unit owners, the unanticipated Condo Authority/Tribunal, and more.


The conference will take place on Nov. 13 and 14 at the Toronto Congress Centre, North Building, located at 650 Dixon Rd. in Toronto.
