The Canadian Association for the Practical Study of Law in Education is holding its annual conference in Ottawa on April 29 – May 1, 2012, on the theme of “Striving for Justice and Fairness: A Capital Experience.” Paul Howard, partner with the Firm, will be speaking on the topic of “Special Education in Human Rights Litigation: Have We Found a More Reasonable Balance?” on April 30th. CAPSLE is a national organization whose aim is to provide an open forum for the practical study of legal issues related to and affecting the education system and its stakeholders.
