The Canadian School Boards Association is holding its annual Congress, hosted by the Quebec English School Boards Association, in Québec City on July 4-7, 2012. Featured speakers at this year’s Congress, the theme of which is “Community ConneXions,” include the Rt. Hon. Paul Martin, Buffy Ste. Marie, and Margaret Trudeau.
