Jessica Hoffman
Jessica Hoffman is an associate at Shibley Righton LLP and works with the Condominium Law group with a focus in litigation. Jessica articled with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
Jessica graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2022. Jessica spent her final summer of law school as a litigator with Queen’s Legal Aid where she litigated a precedent-setting COVID-related case. Prior to law school, Jessica spent her summers working for a prominent condominium developer in Toronto and has experience with many stages of condominium development.
Jessica is client-focused, ensuring that her clients receive timely, practical and effective advice. Jessica prides herself on building and maintaining trust with her clients, which she achieves by being accessible and responsive. Jessica is passionate about both written and oral advocacy, as demonstrated by her successful representation of clients at the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Small Claims Court.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, attending Toronto Argonauts games, and pole fitness. She is also currently learning French (ça ne va pas bien).
