John M. Jedlinski
John is a partner at Shibley Righton LLP in the firm’s Windsor office. John practices in the areas of corporate/commercial, estates and trust law and real estate.
His corporate/commercial practice encompasses commercial financing, commercial real estate, business agreements, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, incorporations, and mergers and acquisitions including professionals.
His estates and trust practice advises both personal and business clients and include Estate and Succession Business planning. His real estate practice includes both residential and commercial transactions as well as leasing.
John represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, private corporations and financial institutions.
John is actively involved in the Windsor and Essex County communities. In 2016, John was appointed as Treasurer for Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation and has served on the board of the foundation as a director and Chair of the Bylaw and Governance Committee since 2011. John is also a founding director of River Garden Homes (Windsor) Inc. a non-profit housing corporation providing geared to income housing to East Windsor for 31 years.
John coaches ladies recreational hockey at the Intermediate Level and previously was one of the Assistant Coaches to the Windsor Wildcats Bantam BB Girls Hockey for 3 years and John has coached boys and girls hockey since 2002. In his spare time, John enjoys to travel with his wife and two children, follow the Detroit area sports teams and play a few rounds of golf each summer.
