Sam Zucchi

Sam Zucchi is a litigation associate at Shibley Righton.  He practices a range of areas of law, from construction to insurance defence to general commercial litigation. He previously articled with the firm from 2018 to 2019.

Sam attended the Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was heavily involved in the Osgoode Hall Law Journal as the Article Review Committee Chair. Several of his academic book reviews on subjects as diverse as hate speech law and the legal history of the British Empire were also published by the Journal. During this time, he also volunteered with the Community Legal Aid Service Program, the Parkdale Commissioning Clinic, the Ontario Deputy Judges Association, and spent one summer with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association
