Wanda Shreve

Wanda Shreve is a labour and employment lawyer, investigator, mediator and trainer. With a career spanning over two decades, Wanda practiced management-side labour and employment law before holding senior counsel and Human Resources roles in public and private sector organizations.

Wanda leverages the breadth of her experience to advise employers on matters ranging from legislative compliance to workplace culture. Clients appreciate Wanda’s listening skills, and ability to provide guidance that is pragmatic, strategic, and effective. Wanda also conducts independent investigations and offers mediation services. She is a skillful trainer who helps learners navigate complex topics like Diversity/Equity/Inclusion & Belonging in a fun and engaging way.
